Besieged Lawyer “Professor” Tom Ojienda now seeks to sue Top Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi for sharing a story that questioned his professional ethics. He has been calling the editor of this site’s lawyers asking how he can serve Nyakundi.
The story, done by a Blog ( Kenyan Digest) was reposted by this site had indicated that the professor usually sleeps with students in universities that he lectures in order to award them marks.
The site had also questioned the professors mentor ship programs that the professor uses to indoctrinate misled law students hence making them vote for him any time there are elections.
It however remains a mystery as to why Ojienda, who usually says that he only fights big wars would be a gated by a story that questioned his professional ethics instead of accepting or denying the allegations.
However, it seems Ojienda is bitter about recent exposes this site has been doing exposing him as a dishonest person and vehicle for money laundering and fraud especially in the Evans Kidero saga.
Ojienda truly loves running to courts because he can manipulate judges like the recent orders by narcotics linked Chacha Mwita that stopped all state agencies from investigating him over anything!
For years now, Ojienda, who was previously rural practicing lawyer based in Eldoret before moving to Nairobi, has variously assisted Governor Kidero block a probe into various bank accounts held by Kidero and members of his family including a Standard Charted US dollar account, CBA Sterling Pound account and the Evans Kidero Foundation Family Bank account.
A few weeks ago Kidero was rearrested in ongoing investigations into alleged corruption after DCI and anti-corruption detectives camped at his upmarket Muthaiga home for hours before leaving with him in popular arrest.
Two years ago Ojienda was accused of tax evasion by the Kenya Revenue Authority. At that time KRA demanded a staggering Sh378 million, which included un-remitted employees’ income tax.
Ojienda was branded tax non-compliant and had his request for tax conformity certificate turned down.
Court records showed Ojienda evaded tax on his income as legal fees estimated at Sh1.1 billion received from Mumias Sugar Company and the Nairobi County Government, organisations that were both for years headed by Evans Kidero.
