The British Army base in Nanyuki BATUK has been locked down, reports that this site has received from our source located there can confirm.

This is after four British Army personnel tested positive for COVID-19.

This is also amid fears that the troops may have brought the UK variant into Kenya.

All local staff have been banned from entering the BATUK camp for their own safety.

More details on this developing story to be shared
