Anonymous Shivling supermarket have reached out ton cnyakundi.com to expose the suffering they are undergoing under the management that only cares about their profits and not their welfare.
According to the workers, they are forced to work for 30 to 31 days depending on the month, with a meagre pay of Ksh. 6,000 per month.
The owners of the supermarket are notorious with bribing authorities especially the ministry of labour officials that are under their payroll to ignore the plight of the poor workers.
A further spot check confirmed to us that Shivlings supermarket also deducts Ksh. 200 for NHIF and Ksh. 200 for NSSF that the owners pocket as the monies is not submitted as mandated.
This site will this year, focus on exposing rogue businesses especially supermarket chains that enslave Kenyans.
If these supermarket chains can’t pay workers well, then they must be strictly regulated.
