Rich kids are truly lucky to born into wealthy families. They get all the good things in life – everything that money and power can acquire.

Some of those living the dream are pupils from Prembrook House School in Gilgil, Nakuru county.

While kids in normal Kenyan schools struggle to brave the pre-dawn cold in order to make it to class in time, or forced to trek tens of kilometres just so they can learn to read and write, these filthy rich youngsters fly to school in choppers!

Ranked as one of the most prestigious learning institutions in the country, the luxury, expectedly comes at a hefty fee.

Kids in years 3 to 8 pay a whooping Ksh. 2.1 million for admission. The school operates a boarding wing for children aged 2 -13 and administer the British curriculum.

It became the talk of town after a photo of its pupils alighting from a chartered flight started doing rounds online.

As always, Kenyans didn’t miss the opportunity to express their reactions.

Patrick Amin I love this school…their tuition fee and flight fee is affordable. My son is in Grade 3.

Wanjiru Nyaga As many as of those who boarded chartered planes say aaahhhh (silence) as many as those who boarded foot-subishi, leg-xus, shoe-baru, foot-rado say naayyyy – the nays have it! Good night alumni, parents and board members.
