This afternoon users in the shitty leading telco are not able to use their data bundles due to a system glitch.
I have also noticed that calls are not going through; for example, when one calls a particular nunber they are told ‘the number is out of service’, calls are going through after one repeats the call.
Safaricom has not yet released a statement.
