In 2017, tenants exposed the fraud that is Suraya Property group led by Sue and Pete Muraya.
They shared pictures of half finished buildings which was handed to them.
It was disgusting.
But in Kenya, crooks get away with a lot more.
You can be cleansed of a murder charge, so long as one agrees with the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Boss George Kinoti and the fake prosecutor Noordin Haji, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
There’s was no public inquiry, no investigations because this is a ‘Adu a Nyumba’.
Well, in 2019, the rogue company is still at their crooked again.
Their Lynx – Royal Estate, has collapsed and billions are set to be lost by investors.
We’ve highlighted the case of fraudulent Saccos such as Ekeza and others that have fallen with clients money.
Kenyans need to understand that these crooks operate under a fraudulent governance system, rob people and get away with it.
Article 37 of the Constitution of Kenya provides for freedom of peaceful assembly and states that ‘every person has the right, peaceably and unarmed, to assemble, to demonstrate, to picket, and to present petitions to public authorities’.
We need to call out the government for this ills too.
You can record your statement at the DCI but please also keep the whole system on toes.
Anyone working at Suraya, send me information of more fraud that is happening there. Use the contact details given at the end of this article.
