Notorious Mombasa “Mchele Gang” Wanted By DCI

Sleuths from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) based in Mombasa are hot on the trail of two drink-spiking predators that have been terrorizing male revelers in the city.

In a notice sent out on Friday, 4th March 2022, detectives have urged members of the public to present any information they might have on the notorious that is known to frequent popular bars within the region.

The slay queens whose faces appear below this post are said to have an eye for national government employees, senior policemen, and bankers.

Working in conjunction with a group of men from Nairobi, they spike their victim’s drinks, rob them of all valuable gadgets and then send messages asking for money from unsuspecting individuals in the contacts list.

“At first they pretend to be new in town only to seduce and drug their victims, before robbing them in nearby lodgings or the men’s cars.

Single men who take the women home wake up to find their electronics and other valuables gone,” a source who spoke anonymously revealed.

“These ladies work with a group of men from Nairobi, they spike drinks and the men will pounce on unconscious victims and rob them.

They hack phones and send messages asking for money from unsuspecting individuals from victims’ contacts lists.

Ask anyone who can identify them to contact DCI Mombasa,” he adds.

Reports say that over 10 men have fallen victim to the gang in the last month alone.

In some scenarios, excessive dosage of the drug leads to fatal cases.

Below is a snippet of CCTV footage that captured their faces last week.
