MULIKA ROGUE EMPLOYER: How Does Your Employer Treat You?

Workers not Slaves

Unemployment in Kenya in regards to unemployed youths is over 40%.

This is dire and has been caused by among other things mismanagement (of public funds), bad economic policies and old money trying to hold onto a Kenyan that they have rolled back to pre – Kibaki era.

In my inbox, I have seen complains from people who have been unfairly terminated on flimsy grounds.

What people, mostly Kenyan (very friendly but intelligent and vibrant people) don’t often do is to want to be seen as clashing with the authority or with someone who gave them a lifeline in the past.

However, I’d like Kenyans to be students of the law. Study the Employment Act chapter 226. Read about proceedings of the Employment and Labour Relations Court. Learn.

Be aggressive.

Don’t attend pitty-parties but look at what you can do.

The editor of this site has learnt that some employers, apart from mistreating Kenyan employees, they have taken to fire them and replace them with foreigners.

Imagine replacing an entire Kenyan workforce with white workers from USA or UK?

CS Matiang’i this is a notification to you so that you can be ready to act.

Recently, you deported over a dozen betting company managers from foreign countries, however, you have become lenient with those I have exposed on this site.

Are your officers from Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) taking bribes from the management of companies such as Nyali Sun Africa Beach Hotel, Camusat, STRABAG International GmbH, Chinese colonisers at Kipeto wind power project and others (we shall name in due cause)

I ask employees from the aforenamed companies to confirm to me if the treatment is different now.

In order to win, you must be incessant in sending credible information backed by documents.

Today, am launching an information collection exercise against illegal aliens, undocumented foreigners who are taking jobs from Kenyans, those who have spent more than 2 years in Kenya, renewing their work permits illegally to continue staying in Kenya while the law states that they should be training Kenyans to take up from them after two years.
