It took the intervention of this blog to push police into action to question suspects. Because it is very strange that police found a body floating at Kameta Dam in Nyalenda Kisumu, but never investigated the death.

The first suspects in such a case are those who were with Mr Onyango at the alleged party, but most have not been brought in for questioning.

Curious whispers

It is the host Mr Leonard Okwany who first reported Joseph missing.

A night guard in a nearby house allegedly said he saw a trail of blood from the gate of the house where the party was held, he was briefly arrested and released after protests from neighbours.

Some witnesses allegedly saw the host around Kameta Dam in the morning of 25th August 2020.

Neighbours at the flat where the party took place allegedly heard commotions but are afraid to tell police these fearing for their safety as the Apartment’s owner, Josmob’s friend, Leonard Okwany, is well connected.

Cnyakundi.com call on DCI Kisumu to speed up investigations into the death of Joseph ‘Josmob’ Onyango.

Mr Onyango leaves behind one wife and three kids.
