A frustrated Jumia customer took to social media to angrily express her experience with the Kenyan online store after she received an item completely different from what she had ordered.
Sue had ordered a blanket during Jumia’s Black Friday offers and to her surprise, they delivered a face towel instead. Just a few weeks ago, social media users were fuming at the online store for promising fake Black Friday deals where items purportedly went for as low as one shilling.
While other international online stores keep it real with their customers, Kenyan companies like Jumia have resulted to corny tricks and continue to lie to unsuspecting Kenyans.
