A Judge that featured in the Ruaraka Land Saga has suspiciously made appearance in two matters where the Kenya Revenue Authority is demanding tax owed to them by two scandalous companies.
In both matters, the Judge has allowed an out of court settlement in the matters where KRA wants Billions from the two companies.
The Judge is none other than Pauline Nyamweya- The character that made a cameo appearance in the Ruaraka land saga, a scandal that we serialized before being gagged by the court after Francis Mburu Mungai sued the editor of this site Cyprian Nyakundi for defamation.
We have on many occasions called for a probe on Pauline Nyamweya and other Judges that have been mentioned in various scandals, for instance, those that were mentioned by the Akasha brothers but there has always been unwillingness from David Maraga who was a few days barking in media, calling for arrest of social media users “attacking” judicial officers on social media.
Despite all the fraud and money laundering, Housemart Co Limited has filed the consent with the KRA at the High Court. The consent allows Housemart to contest the outstanding tax as per the law.
“The consent …is hereby adopted as an order of the court. The (temporary) orders herein are accordingly vacated and the file is marked as closed,” ordered Justice Paul Nyamweya.
In another matter, in the same week! Pauline Nyamweya makes another ruling pertaining Mastermind, another company that is supposed to pay billions they owe KRA
” Lawyers representing the parties Tuesday told Justice Pauline Nyamweya that they have made progress in the negotiations and asked for more time to reach a consent out of court”.
The Judge (Pauline Nyamweya) directed the case to be mentioned on December 5, and extended court orders stopping KRA from seizing or auctioning Mastermind’s assets.
The above are cuttings from various media houses reporting the two cases, under Pauline Nyamweya.
The ODPP, DCI, JSC and EACC must beware that KRA, corrupt Judges and lawyers are colluding to kill tax evasion cases in the name of “negotiations ‘after being bribed
In the meantime, companies with tax evasion cases can also appear before Pauline Nyamweya for out of court settlement.
