Peter Mugo Ndune of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Intelligence and strategic operations department is on the rampage of extortion and building a massive empire in Nairobi and his native Kirinyaga county.

Ndune, an ex-police officer has been conducting life style audits on KRA officers with the sole objective of extortion and milking them of millions in bribes. He recently pocketed 6 million shillings from a senior Domestic taxes officer of Kikuyu origin to cover up the officers huge wealth portfolio.

Ndune owns a huge rice farm in Mwea where he nets over 25 million every harvest. The farm has been bought using bribes and extortion from officers who fear him. Ndune is known to work closely with a Dr. Nyagah in his department who provides protection and share bribes.

Officers who don’t play ball are swiftly recommended for prosecution and dismissal;
Ndune operates with a network of kikuyu officers on the ground who provide dossiers on senior colleagues in exchange for a share of the bribe and protection.
