EACC Officials Bribed With Houses To Sit On NSSF Scandals

Retirees have all the reasons as to why they should sue Senior corrupt National Social Security Fund officials who are using their hard-earned peanuts collected from the peanuts employers pay them every month to buy houses and using the properties as bribes to Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission officials who have blocked the probe into multibillion scandals at the fund.

We have received details and information on how EACC Managers and Senior executives allocated themselves houses and land bought by NSSF funds meant for retirees. For instance, in Loresho, Anthony Omerikwa allocated himself an open space then bribed EACC officials with Ksh. 3 Million when he was confronted with the evidence.

The cartels at the helm of NSSF are deeply involved in corruption to an extent that from over 5,000 housing units in Nyayo Embakasi, which the fund collects Sh2,500 per house. Quick calculations indicate that the fund receives Sh12.5 million every month from the project. From the records at NSSF, the fund can only account for Sh6 million, which the records indicate are used on service providers each month. The rest, Sh6.5 million is looted by cartels and corrupt NSSF staff members.

The EACC, which has lost the confidence of Kenyan in fighting corruption, with various EACC bosses pocketing millions in bribes. Many EACC officials cannot be able to explain the source of their wealth.

For those of you who keep tabs on the current affairs, Kenyans on twitter exposed former EACC CEO Halaqe Waqo in the #WeKnowYourSalary Twitter campaign after it emerged that the cartel was building a 7 storied valued at Sh1.4B despite Kenyans knowing his salary can’t manage to sustain such investment even if he saves in a decade.

An audit report prepared by Ernst & Young had revealed that expected returns from the NSSF’s Sh6.7 billion Hazina Towers and Sh1.6 billion Milimani executive apartments were hiked during feasibility studies to make the projects appear viable.

Scam Alert: NSSF Can’t Account For Sh5.6 Billion

In the report, China Jiangxi which was contracted for the Hazina Towers project was allowed to submit two bids during the procurement process. Which is not only illegal but also against the procurement laws of this country. So, why are Chinese being given VIP treatment in raping our constitution?

The project consultant, Tana & Associates, also misled the NSSF Board to review the building’s upgrade from 24 floors to 34 floors. The report said that the project was as useless as the consultant that used their pockets to suggest a half-thought profitless project at the expense of retirees.

The firm’s bids were for Sh6.2 billion and Sh6.5 billion. The tender committee eventually settled for the higher bid, which was later hiked to Sh6.7 billion. Ernst & Young’s report also showed that the NSSF started construction on the Sh4.6 billion Nyayo Estate phase six and Sh5.053 billion Tassia housing projects before obtaining approvals from government authorities. The Hazina Towers, Nyayo Estate and Tassia projects have stalled owing to various changes to their original plans.

This report is eating dust in the EACC shelves and this site has decided to clean it just like the many expose` we publish for our readers and fans. The COTU grandpa Francis Atwoli once wondered why EACC was not acting on the report but later on went mute, was he also given his brown envelop? Time will tell and we will publish.

These crooks at EACC and cartels at NSSF have joined hands to make sure that the funds that retirees save for their future use are used before the owners benefit from what they are saving towards. We need to start fighting corruption with the firing squad and cartels steal from the public the State should allow the most affected in the fraud or scam pull the trigger. You can tell them I said it.
