A source at the Fargo Courier has revealed the ongoing nepotism, corruption, and tribalism at the company.
He says the corruption has really affected his mental health.
Fargo Courier managers don’t follow the laid down procedures for hiring, remuneration, and promotion.
Some staff members that have worked for longer periods of time are sidelined as others who are brought from outside become their bosses.

The Fargo courier company is managed by one Kaveva, the overall operations manager who has brought close relatives on board.
Kaveva is closely related to Anderson Mbingu stationed at Latema Fargo courier collection centre, Nairobi, but you will note later the guy was deployed recently in the retail department and was shortlisted in Fargo courier interviews for the retail department which requires someone to have served a minimum of two years.
In the shortlisting, the name Anderson Mbingu appeared to have been selected from a Machakos Fargo courier branch which is not true, the guy is in Nairobi. This has been done in collaboration with the retail department manager Boniface Kyalo who keeps giving corruption, nepotism and tribalism an upper.
Another person by the name Stephen Nzioka employment number 901341 was shortlisted for interviews for a coordinator in the retail centre and was given the position after the interview and posted to Fargo Lavington collection centre to be a boss to one of the long-serving employees who has worked for the company for over 6 years.
Stephen Nzioka is a brother to Mutua, the assistant manager in charge of transport. There is one coordinator by the name of Dominic Mugumo who had to be promoted due to employees pressure since he had served for almost 10 years without promotion. There is another employee by the name Vincent Erapu deployed at Westgate. Boniface Kyalo promoted the guy without due process so that, the cousin of Vincent Erapu can represent him in legal matters because he is a lawyer. Erapu had just been employed without due process, not even served the required years, and was promoted illegally.
A guy by the name of Lumumba who he was working with had to quit the job due to the unfairness since he had served more years than Erapu but Erapu was his boss.
Currently, there is an employee by the name of Bett working at Loita Fargo courier company collection centre and has not been promoted, and she has worked for close to 10yrs.
A HR personnel by the name of Zack, promoted a lady who was not qualified to a sales representative position.
The corruption, nepotism and Tribalism at Fargo courier company limited is rampant due to, Boniface Kyalo, retail department manager, Operations manager Kaveva, Waswa, a hub officer, operations department with threats to employees.
There is a lady by the name of Glady Ngulu who was employed without due process and deployed at Fargo courier company collection centre premises and promoted to a coordinator without due process because she engaged in sexual favors with both the retail manager Boniface Kyalo and operations manager Kaveva, thus denying others fair chances for promotion.
From the attached evidence you will see that there is a person by the name Dennis Biasi, fargo courier wells fargo collection centre South C who was shortlisted in a coordinator position and he has never been a sales representative, a position you are required to hold before you get promoted to the coordinator position. This is proof of corruption and failure of the HR office.
We have Mary Gachungia employees number 900685 who has worked for the company for many years and currently working for fargo courier center Ruiru which belongs to Thika Regional manager.
From the evidence attached you will see that the lady was not shortlisted anywhere in shortlisted candidates for the position of coordinators, but after the branch manager of Thika had piled pressure on the so called shortlisting management, the girl was called for interview and appointed but with a condition. From the list, you will be able to note that an employee number 901730 Stephen Kikuyu Muinde, a staff who recently just less than 6 months ago was shortlisted and promoted at the expense of people who have worked hard for the company to be where it is.
The role of HR has been left to Boniface Kyalo and Zack Kakai who shortlist and appoint employees based on the relationship they hold.
Fargo Courier company is dominated by one tribe.
