Concealed Racism Unearthed At AutoXpress Kenya: More Employees Speak Out

Jeenal Shah: Director at AutoXpress Kenya

Hours after we highlighted the concerns raised by a group of disgruntled technicians working at AutoXpress Kenya, more witnesses have sprung out additional information on the sad state of affairs at the leading importer and distributor of car parts.

Speaking to us yesterday, one of the servicemen expressed his frustrations over a myriad of long-running issues like mistreatment, tribalism and nepotism which he said are proving to be a huge impendment to their service delivery.

One of the sections adversely mentioned was the Human Resource Department where HR Manager Dickson Nyambori is accused of practising open bias toward members of his community who are often rewarded with promotions and salary increments.

In the latest submission, another source within the company not only confirmed the evils earlier reported but also further divulged into the toxic working conditions that native employees at the company are subjected to.

The racist harassment is mainly perpetrated by top Asian executives who are closely assisted by a set of female managers purposely appointed for easier manipulation.

Staffers say that none of them has the balls (no pun intended) to stand up to the rogue management.

They have all submitted into silence.

More has also been unearthed in Nyambori’s HR Department where another female minion by the name Mecy Wamangu is mentioned as another one of his loyal leutenants.

Together with an Asian “yes man” ironically known as Nishit, the unholly trinity has been blamed for terrorizing AutoXpress personnel.

“Hi Nyakundi,

In regards to the AutoXpress issue, believe me, there is so much trash going on in that company that even what had been reported earlier is not even the tip of the iceberg.

These Asians really treat the black staff way way awful.

These are slave drivers who rely on “empowering” very useless women since they will only bow down to them ndio wafinyilie the rest into submission.

The HR department is the worst as they blatantly defy all known protocols.

Nyambori and his minion are named Mercy Wamangu.

This two people should have their HR certificates withdrawn as they are one of the rudest people you can speak to on that side of Limuru Road.

They will never assist you they will always fault you and show you how they don’t really give a damn about your grievances,” the source writes.

Editor’s Note: If you are among those suffering in silence at AutoXpress Kenya, we encourage you to take the bold step and come forward with your story.

Like the insider states above, this is certainly just the tip of the iceberg.
