It is also important to note that this guy by the name Francis (Phone Number 0726587084) who was attached to their property in Kisumu’s Lolwe Estate is very lethargic but when you do repairs by yourself and deduct the cost from the rent he goes hard on your deposit.
27 days after I vacated the premises, he doesn’t pick calls or respond to my messages. My friend who also vacated was denied his deposit over silly excuses that don’t add up.
